O nama
OPG Šime Stipaničev continues long tradition of olive harvesting in Dalmatia. For the past twenty years we have been gradually revitalizing old olive trees and planting new ones in a rural landscape near Tribunj, small village in Sibenik county.
Today we produce around 500 liters of premium olive oil per year.
Our extra virgin olive oil "Trebocconi" is produced using cold-pressing methods that retain its natural flavors and health benefits. The value of our oil won us couple of silver and gold medals on the most prestigious international olive oil competition – New York International Olive Oil Competition.
